The Alaska Chess League’s
March Mini-Camp!

(The perfect preparation for the State Championships!)
This Chess Mini-Camp will include excellent instruction from Alaska’s most qualified Chess instructors,
Fun Tournaments, Awards, Blitz Chess and even some Bughouse and Chess Olympics for the more
outrageous Chess enthusiasts! (Lunch will be served at the camp)

When :
March 26th: 10:00am – 4:00pm
Registration starts at 10:00
Who:
YOU!  Any chess player from 5 to 18 years old!
  •  Beginners  You will learn the basic principles that form the foundation for your growing chess skills
  •  Club Players  You will learn to develop a plan that exploits your advantages for victory!
  •  Tournament Players  You will strike gold from the great Capa which is sure to pay large dividends!

At the Family Life Center Of Grace Baptist Church!  (?directions?)
Cost:
$15.00 (Discount schedule for families with 2 or more participating students: 1st child- $15, 2nd child $10, 3rd child $5)
The K-12 Scholastic State Championship, scheduled for April 30-May 1, is the premier Youth Chess event of the year.
At this Championship you will meet players from all over Alaska. Plan to come out and have a great time!

*All proceeds from this camp will be divided between the K-12 Scholastic State Championships and the Denker Fund
